1. When I read this article about Type A people, I thought it was another classical way humans try to understand their environments around them. Honestly I think Friedman and Rosenman were just stereotyping certain personalities. Maybe Type A people s are not behaviorally correct and both doctor’s viewed this personality as unacceptable. Perhaps correlating it with bad health would motivate people to change this behavior. The reason I feel this about the study of Type A people, is because the test is flawed. They chose only male men in this study, and never absolutely concluded that Type A personalities have a higher chance of heart disease. A great example of my theory is this video on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qkMmT16MUY It shows the issue’s of impatient people in society, a nuisance. However in the end everybody has days when they are in little impatient, I do believe that every once in awhile people need to slow down. Otherwise they lose sight in what’s ahead of them, and lose focus on previous accomplishments
2. When I took my personality I was found to be ENFJ (Extraverted Intuitive Feeling Judging). What most strongest strength on my personality test was my ability to be expressive. Honestly I couldn't agree more with the results. I tend to leap into action before analyze every possible scenario, and I have to say I love it. You only live once in this world and you should make the best of it.
