1. In the essay Life As Type A, James Gleick writes, he explains personality type A a lot more than he explains type B. We learned from the article that type A personalities convey traits such as "impatience, excessive competitiveness, aggressiveness, and 'a hurrying sense of time urgency'". After doing some research I found more on type B personality. The various personality traits Type B people display are, patience, are very relaxed and easygoing, they tend to avoid confrontation, and they don't get angry very quickly. (www.sedona.com) This type of personality can also seem complacent and/or accepting. Type B personalities were also said to may be more creative, imaginative, and philosophical (Personality type A/B). I believe I am more of a type A person (or at least I used to be) because I am constantly stressed about something and I'm never fully satisfied, I always want something more and I always tend to rush everything I do. Im constantly in a hurry. However as I've overcome many struggles and learned different lessons, I have become more relaxed and easygoing and am able to run with things like Type B personalities. I think entreprenuers tend to have more type A personalities because these are the types of people who are constantly striving for more, are never satisfied, and always want to be better. These people are busy and are highly competitive I know these traits well because I've grown up watching my parents who are successful entrepreneurs and when I read what the type A traits consisted of, I immediately thought of them and their entreprenuer partners and friends. Type B personalities I feel are more of the blue-collar type of people who are content with a 9-5 job and who enjoy the little things in life. I don't think one of these types is better than the other, however I do think it is important to have a balance of both of these.

2. After I took the personality quiz I found I was a ENFP (Extravert, iNtuitive, Feeler, Perceiver), I think the results are decently accurate. It said I was "curious, energetic, talkative, enthusiastic, playful, and generally fun-loving". It also said I was "warm and caring" and "have strong personal values upon which" I "base most decisions". Overall what it displayed was pretty accurate.

That's very interesting that found so much great information on type b personalities. I think I can relate more to the type B personality after reading your post. Your personality test came out sort of similar to mine in the fact of choosing decisions. Great post.
